K Helical-bevel Gear Reducers structures are adopt two pairs bevel gears and a pair helical drive ,make the input and output submitting a right angle. Helical bevel drives ,big superposition factor ,strong carrying capacity, drive balanced and credible. The material of gears is 20CrMnTi alloy steel and the hardness can reach to HRC58°~ 62° after tempering, cementiting, quenching, heat treatment etc. All the gears are processed by accurate grinding and the precision can reach to grade 6~5. Mainly used in Metallurgy, Sewage treatment, Chemical Industry, Pharmacy, Agriculture equipment, Oil industry, Belt Conveyor, Food machine, Mixer, Mixing machine, Automatic production line, Packaging, Material handling, Papermaking, Sugar making, Engineering Machines, Construction, Mechanical-electromechanical industry etc.
